GirlTalk!
GirlTalk! is a club designed to empower our young women as they explore the issues surrounding "being a girl" in today's society.  Created to be an additional source of family and unity in our students' lives, GirlTalk! has approximately 20 founding members who gather for meetings after school and for activities on occasional weekends.

With intentions of helping to strengthen our identity as females, some topics covered include body image, healthy relationships, self-awareness, women's human rights, peer mediation and much, much more.  Some members of GirlTalk! have described it as being: "important, judgment-free, pink and valuable!", "[a place to] release stress with girls who have shared interests and goals" and "limitless; more than ever before, I'm okay with 'feeling like a girl'".
