Hello my name is Anwar Darkazanli. I graduated from UC Davis in 2016 and have been education ever since. Right after graduating college, I joined Americorps and become a tutor in an underserved community in San Jose. After that I became a teaching resident and then spent the next two years at a small charter school in San Jose. This is my first year in Los Angeles, and I am excited to work with students and support them in building their best academic selves through their time at Alliance.

Some of my hobbies include playing video games, board games, exercising and cooking!
